EDITOR'S LETTER

Dear Readers,

I welcome you to another volume of Simply Inspirational for Women in Business Journal™. Simply Inspirational for Women in Business Journal™ is dedicated to women globally who aspire to be entrepreneurs as a way of gaining financial independence, caring for their families and creating opportunities for others within their community.

This publication is designed to educate, empower, motivate and inspire women to become beacons of their own emancipation. It is my hope that Simply Inspirational for Women in Business Journal™ will reach women who are agents of change, as well as women who are living in abusive environments, exposed to violence, or living in poverty. As beacons carrying the message of change and the agents of change, your stance for women and children living in disadvantaged conditions, is a noble cause. Individuals globally, namely women in Japan, United States of America, Canada, Europe, Africa, Asia, Malaysia, the Caribbean and Latin America, are lobbying and actively working towards affecting this change. These initiatives have taken the form of community programs, summits, conferences as well as government legislation. Women are making changes and taking control of their lives.

Included in these pages are stories, experiences and challenges that we face as women entrepreneurs and professional businesswomen. Women who share my vision of global sharing and learning have generously contributed to this publication. It is my hope that by reading these stories, editorials, quotations, and business profiles, you will be inspired to make a change in your life and in the lives of others.

As Women in Business, we carry the torch of economic emancipation, education and empowerment. We can be our own leaders and we can be instrumental in our growth and development. I believe that as women and girls, we should have alternative lives; lives that we can contribute to and make better.

Sincerely,

Dr. Cheryl Cottle
